Class 5: Vector Graphics (Texture Maps vs. Shaded/Colored)

Reading the Wiki article talking about the differences between vector graphics and bitmaps


3D Models of a tank. With a texture map, you're able to realistically represent what a tank should look like by applying multiple bitmap (2D) images and wrapping it about a surface. Obviously, the difference is that the shaded/colored one doesn't look realistic at all and entire surfaces are the same flat color (aside from shadows affecting the object)
